small room limited menu
The room was smaller than I expected! There was only one chair. It made relaxing a bit difficult. the dinner menu had too many fries. I would have preferred a few more vegetable options.

i found the room spacious, a good surprise. the inn's location inside historic broughty ferry added to the experience. breakfast included tasty food, i valued the excellent options.
parking presented a challenge because the hotel is located on a residential road. finding a spot was difficult due to limited availability, this inconvenience should be addressed. this should be adressed.

friendly staff excellent pub food spacious room difficult parking residential area noisy bar
The staff was very friendly. The pub food was excellent. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated with a pleasant en suite bathroom. It surprised me. The breakfast was a tasty Scottish one.
Parking at the venue is difficult. The parking is on the road and it is a residential area, so parking is almost non existent. The first night was noisy. I think we were above the bar and there was a lot of banging till late.

The room included a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Breakfast had a wide selection of both hot and cold items (I especially liked the pastries). The pub offered a great selection of local beers and a friendly atmosphere.
